Niasziih Healing
Notes from Aris:
What I am offering is a healing method that is holistic. We focus on all aspects of the body including physical, emotional , and energetic. Starting with the physical I will place my hands on you in appropriate areas with your consent and start to ask the body questions and investigating places that might need attention. Through verbal and non verbal communication we can get curious about injuries , illnesses , or challenges in life you may be facing. Hoping to come away with more information. My work is for me to be present for you and with you. Listening to what your body has to say, asking questions and getting curious. This is an intuitive modality with no form. All healings look and feel different and some may even feel conversational and casual. It might also look like me just having my hands on your head for the whole time with no words being exchanged. Showing up to my table with no expectations is the best thing I can ask for. This is an alternative modality and incorporates ancient wisdom from many cultures around the world. |
Notes from Kyle:
I offer a healing modality called Niasziih. It is an Apache way, and it is based on the philosophy of choice and our connection to the Earth. Perhaps you find yourself making the same choices, seeing the same things and are unable to make a change. Or perhaps you have an ailment or disease keeping you from choices you wish to make. My task as a healer within this context is to discover what has created your reality so that you can choose a different reality. I look forward to journeying with you. |
Notes from Maya :
Niasziih has only been taught to a very small group of people: only a few hundred healers in total! It comes from Native-American teachings passed down by Apache elder Stalking Wolf through Tom Brown to Karl Direske, who founded Wilderness Fusion. Niasziih (nye-uh-zee-eye) means "vessel" and each healer is a vessel for healing, working in their own way with nature, awareness and contact to meet their clients’ needs on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Every session is different, and usually starts with the client, fully clothed except for shoes, under a sheet or blanket as needed, laying on a massage table. Sessions are often outside, and everything that happens during a session -- clouds, bird calls, voices, wind -- are all part of the healing. Sessions usually include a laying on of hands, pressure and warmth. Healers often ask questions, helping clients notice what is happening inside -- physically, emotionally, mentally. Clients are invited to talk, or not, as they wish. This experience is designed to help clients gain a new perspective, awareness and understanding of their body and life. Who is this for? Anyone. Everyone. You do not need to have a medical complaint to benefit from a healing. |
